Privacy policy
This document says what data we process when you use cloudstrg, why and for how long. It is written to be read — not to be got lost in.
This translation is for information only. The Slovak wording of the document is the binding one.
1. Who processes the data
The controller is cloudstrg, s.r.o. On data-protection matters you can reach us at info@cloudstrg.sk.
2. What data we process
Account and company
Name, e-mail, hashed password, role in the system and the time of the last sign-in. For the company, the name, the chosen plan and the subscription status. Without this data there is no way to sign in to the warehouse.
Warehouse contents
The names, descriptions, tags and lists of things you enter into the app. This is your data; we do not go into it other than when you ask us to as part of support.
Searches and openings
The app records what people typed into search (including attempts that found nothing) and which positions they opened — by scan or by code. This feeds the report that shows gaps in the records and the most wanted goods. The record also contains the user who triggered it.
Searches are deleted after 180 days, openings after 365 days. Deletion runs automatically when the report is opened, not by hand.
Operational records
For important actions (signing in, changing the warehouse structure, changing the subscription) we record who performed it and when, together with the IP address. This serves security and tracing what happened in the warehouse.
Enquiries from the contact form
Name, e-mail, optionally company and phone, the message text and the sender’s IP address. We use them solely to answer the enquiry.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never reach us — all that stays with us are the customer, subscription and invoice identifiers, so that we can match a payment to the right company.
3. What we do not do
- We have no analytics or advertising code on the site or in the app.
- We load no third-party scripts, fonts or images from CDNs — we host everything ourselves, so your IP address does not reach anyone else.
- We do not use cookies for tracking. The only cookies are the login session and the optional “stay signed in” cookie.
- We do not sell your data or give it to third parties for marketing.
4. Cookies
The session cookie holds your sign-in and expires on sign-out or after 2 hours of inactivity. If you choose “stay signed in”, a second cookie with a random token is stored for 30 days (for accounts with the scanner role, 365 days, so that the reader in the hall does not have to sign in every morning). The token is stored hashed on our side and signing out invalidates it.
5. Who gets access to the data
Besides us, only the processors without which the service cannot run:
- Stripe — payment processing and invoicing.
- The hosting provider, on whose servers the application runs.
We will also hand data to a public authority where the law requires it. To nobody else.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and warehouse contents — for as long as you have an account with us.
- Searches — 180 days, openings — 365 days.
- Form enquiries — two years from the last communication.
- Accounting documents — for the period required by accounting law.
When the account is closed we delete your data. If you want to download it first, write to us and we will prepare an export.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access to the data, to its correction and erasure, to restriction of processing, to portability and the right to object. Just write to us at info@cloudstrg.sk — we will deal with it within one month.
If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can turn to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. We would rather hear about it first, though.
8. Changes
When we change this document we will give notice in the app. We will send earlier versions on request.
