Terms of service

1. The parties

The provider cloudstrg, s.r.o.

The user is the natural or legal person who creates an account in the service. The service is meant for businesses; it is not a consumer product.

2. What the service is

cloudstrg is a web application for keeping warehouse records using QR codes. It lets you create warehouses, racks, shelves and containers (boxes, binders, pallets), mark them with codes, print labels, search and keep a record of where things are.

The service is not an accounting system, a stock-valuation system or a production-control system. It does not track purchase prices, VAT or ledger movements.

3. Account and access

The user is responsible for their login details and for whom they give access to.
The scanner role is deliberately narrow — it can stay signed in on a shared device in the warehouse. Even so, the user remains responsible for how it is used.
An account demonstrably used for unlawful activity may be closed by us without compensation.

4. Subscription and payments

The plan sets the scope of the service. The unit is a position — a rack, a shelf or a container with its own QR code. Warehouses, users, scans and printed labels do not count towards the limit.

Free — up to 30 positions, free of charge.
Start — up to 100 positions, €5.00 per month.
Profi — up to 1,000 positions, €12.00 per month.
Sklad — up to 10,000 positions, €60.00 per month.

Prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment is made a month in advance by card through the Stripe payment gateway. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

We extend the subscription only after the payment gateway confirms the payment — not on the return from the payment page. Every payment is recorded under a unique invoice identifier, so it cannot be counted twice.

5. Exceeding the limit and the end of the subscription

The app warns you as you approach the limit. Once it is reached, adding new positions is locked; the existing ones keep working.

The same applies when the subscription ends: the warehouse stays readable, search and label printing keep working, and only the writing of new positions is locked. A warehouse the customer cannot get into is no use to them. We keep the data for at least 14 days after expiry; after that period we reserve the right to close an inactive account after giving prior notice.

6. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time with no notice period; it runs to the end of the paid period. We do not refund the unused part of a month already begun — except where the service was unavailable through our fault.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We give advance notice of planned downtime.

We are liable for damage caused by breaching our obligations, up to the amount you have paid for the service over the last twelve months. We are not liable for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app, nor for decisions you base on it.

8. Your data

The contents of the warehouse are yours. We use them for nothing other than providing the service, and we will export them on request. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Complaints and disputes

If the service does not work as it should, write to us at podpora@cloudstrg.sk. We handle complaints within 30 days. The supervisory authority is Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (SOI), Inšpektorát SOI pre Košický kraj.

10. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms; we give notice of a change in the app at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel the subscription before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

The relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement fall to the Slovak courts.
