Custom work
We write cloudstrg ourselves — all of it, the QR generator and the PDF writer included. So we do not have to wait for an outside supplier when you need a field, a report or an integration that is not in the standard product.
What we can do for you
The first step is always the same: find out what is actually in the warehouse. Once it is recorded, the report shows what gets reached for daily and what once a year — and those two things should not be sitting next to each other.
We go through the results with you and suggest what belongs closer to the loading bay, what can be merged into one box and what is only taking up a shelf. You then do the moving yourselves — the app helps with filing mode.
Excel, another system, or a notebook on the desk. We import the data, give it QR codes and generate labels for the boxes already standing in the warehouse — you do not have to start over.
A check comes with it: the import shows how many records have no location and how many are duplicated. Those are exactly the points where the old records stopped being true.
Custom fields on a box, a different code format, a label in the size your printer takes, the report your audit asks for, or a screen built around your process.
The change goes into the app itself, not into an add-on beside it — so it survives updates and is not yet another system to run.
Invoicing, ERP, e-shop, attendance. We connect the warehouse so items do not have to be entered twice — and so the invoice shows which shelf the goods left from.
If your systems have no interface, we will say so straight away. Better than promising an integration that only works on paper.
How it works
We do not charge a flat fee — the scope of this kind of work cannot be estimated honestly in advance, and a flat fee would either be too low or an insurance policy against you. We charge for time worked, and you sign off on the scope after the first step, once we both know what we are talking about.
Free of charge. We talk about what you store, how much of it there is and what bothers you most about it. Often the answer is that the standard product is enough.
We write down what we will do, in what order and roughly how long it takes. If it turns out along the way to be more, you say yes or no.
We start with one warehouse or one hall. You check whether it fits, and only then does it roll out to the rest.
We train the people who will be scanning — it takes fifteen minutes. You get the manual in writing, so it does not hang on one person.
Start with a single rack
The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit — 30 positions are enough for one rack and for finding out whether this suits you. You pick a paid plan only once you run out of room.
